Hitz FM Presenter, Dr. Pounds who is well respected across the rap genre of Ghana has talked a little bit of sense into the head of AMG Business frontier, Medikal.
Casting our minds back, Medikal used Fella Makafui to promote his single dubbed ‘Come Back’ that features Lynx Entertainment signed artist, KiDi.
That was after they staged their break-up and caused a massive social media trend with it.
Commenting on the saga during his show, Dr. Pounds stated that Medikal does not need publicity stunts to make his songs go viral.
According to him, he is already powerful with his brand enough to make him hit with his releases.
The presenter expressed his disappointment over the rapper’s decision to use the break-up story to sell his “Come back” song which features KiDi.
He added that many people are angry and do not want to promote the song. “The silly thing you did is what is making people not pay attention to the song. Stop the silly stunt to promote songs,” he said.
Dr. Pounds just said the truth!
